Hey posse!
Fourth week of my #fitnessjourney is here and I'll be honest, I STRUGGLED! So many things happening behind the scenes and I was just stressed and overwhelmed #thestruggleisreal But I didn't give up and I did what I could and got some workouts in which I'm super proud of!
How do you keep up with fitness etc. when you're feeling run down and lacking motivation??
